Hi I have an active permanent license of Parallels Desktop for Mac. However, today I faced this error when trying to open parallels: "Access Denied .You are signing in from a country or territory where Parallels products are not supported." I get the same message when i am trying to logging to the parallels website, so i cant get tickets for Support! i would appreciate if you could help me on this matter & solve this problem Roza
