login strangeness

Parallels forum won't let me in until I log in

I log in and it tells me the username/password aren't recognised.

I enter the same username and password and click 'OK'

My address bar shows loads of redirects.

I then get a blank-ish page telling me Safari could not connect due to too many redirects

I click the 'Back' button and voila - I'm in!

what's all that about?

Please check with a different browser like mozilla firefox.

 

I can't believe that Parallels forums would have an issue with Safari?????

I reset my user details ( by applying the same details) and all seems to be working fine
