Hi folks, I got Parallels running using VM and using BootCamp as my Win drive. I'm noticing a couple of minor problems.

    1. The BootCamp partition is renamed to untitled in the mac desktop and I cannot rename it. That may be normal, but it is odd.

    2. When Parallels is running, I cannot see, eject, or access my Optical Drive from within the Mac OS (Leopard 10.5.6). I can only open and use the drive within Windows. Is that normal? Is there a fix? I believe I have all the Parallels tools installed. I have coherence working. I installed the parallels tools, but there is an option to reinstall them...

    Thanks for the help.

You need to install Apple Boot Camp drivers as well
Also you need to disconnect CD from VM, in order to see CD on mac side,
    menu devices - CD/DVD - disconnect

I did install the bootcamp drivers, if that is what it auto installed when you put the Leopard / system install disk back in after installing Bootcamp, as per instructions. Is there anything else that I need to rename the drive?

Also, I did figure out that you have to manually disengage the optical drive. I thought it would be automatic. No problem, just not as I expected.
    Thanks
