Hello, I have reformatted my MacBook Pro and am trying to reinstall Parallels. I can't find my License Key. Please help. Thanks! Ralph
Parallels was installed on my MacBook Pro and unfortunately I deleted it. I also changed my email address as the original registration address no longer is active. I need to retrieve the license key and can't sign into the original account although I have the PW because they want to send me a confirmation email to that address which will bounce back. So I'm stuck and cannot change my profile to the new email address. What can I do?
