Lost Windos 7 password

    Having lost my windows 7 password (using Parallels 8 on MacBook Pro with Mountain Lion), what are my options? E.g. can I remove Windows and reinstall Windows. If so, how do i remove Windows and will i lose all data files in the Windows section?
