Mac Book Pro Kernal Panics while using VM XP Pro

I seem to have a different problem with my MBP. I had no problem installing and running Parallels on my MBP, however my kernal panics are coming while I am using Parallels and not running anything in the Mac OS. I have posted some of the panic logs below. It appears it maybe related to the video card, but I have not been able to pin that down for sure, as only one error log referenced the video card. There does not seem to be any standard pattern to the errors. They may happen a few minutes after working in Parallels, using XP Pro SP2, or after using it for hours. Somedays I may only get one and other days I have gotten as many as 8.

I love the way Parallels works and the ability to use XP and Mac OS in the same machine, but the kernal panics are driving me nuts. I have downloaded and am using Parallels 1922, which appears to be the newest release.

Any suggestions as to how to resolve this would be great.

You might want to try the lates build 1940 to see if it fix your problem.
