Greetings, I'm having an issue while trying to install my guest OS. After installing Parallels, I go through the steps of creating a VM then after inserting the guest OS's CD and pressing the "Play" buttom in Parallels I get a top to bottom grayed out screen on my mac and am prompted to do a hard reset of the mac with the power button. Any suggestions as to what is going wrong? Tried multiple times and with multiple guess OSs. many thanks.
Upgrade your copy of Parallels. You should be running Build 1970, at least. Try the Check for Updates command in the Help menu.
