I am running a core duo mac mini with 2G of ram. Before the 4560 update parallels was working well. Now when I try to run my VM(winxp) it nukes my machine, which then needs to be turned off/on again. I posted a comment in another thread, but it has gone unanswered. Parallels staff, what is the update on a fix? *other people with the same problem, please leave a comment to help the staff understand this is not an isolated problem*
Hi Have you reported this to Parallels support web site? I had a reply in 3-4 hours when I had a problem but very seldom get support from Parallels in the Forums!!!!!!. Also have you tried repairing your privileges? Un-install then re-install Parallels? Cannot think of much else except to restore your Mac disk from a backup, you did do a backup before installing new software? I have been bitten once or twice and not just by Parallels, before I do ANY software install and that includes from Apple I us SuperDuper to clone my drive so I can restore if anything goes wrong. Cheers. Robin
