Mac online dictation not starting after I press Fn Fn

Hi,
I'm having troubles with Mac online dictation in Windows 10 VM under Parallels. When I first hit Fn Fn, the microphone pops up, and the sound indicator goes up and down, but the recognized text does not appear on-screen. To make the text appear, I need to press Fn Fn (or any other key) once more. Then it starts "typing". When under Mac, not Parallels, recognition starts immediately after I press Fn Fn.
There should also be noted that the enhanced dictation feature does not work for me at all (neither on Mac, nor in Windows under Parallels). It starts working randomly for short periods of time, is quite slow and then stops working altogether.
I'm also trying to solve the issue via support, but thus far different action like reinstalling Parallel tools and changing sound preferences under Hardware have not helped. I also changed a shortcut, but still nothing.
Anyone else having issues with dictation under Parallels? What could be possible solutions?
