Hello! I have 10 version of Parallels Desktop and official Windows 8.1. Some time ago, I had a problem in sync Mac OS and Windows. When I open the program from the desktop Mac OS me transfer in my Windows 8.1 but program does't open (If I open this program from Windows - all is ok) and if I copy text or another data in Mac OS/Windows i can't paste this in Windows/Mac OS (I think that because data is not exchanged). I have latest version of Parallels 10 and Windows 8.1.
Dear Aleksey, please reinstall Parallels tools from Action->Reinstall Parallels Tools and restart your Windows virtual machine and let us know how it works!
I have a similar problem with Box Sync. I reinstalled the Parallel Tools on 3/4. Everything worked fine that day. Starting on Monday, nothing is updating again. I have restarted my machine numerous times. It isn't practical to update the Parallels Tools every day...
