After upgrading to OS X 10.6.2 which is snow leopard, paralles 4.0 crashes. Once I reboot all I get is the spinning black/white wheel. I then re-booted with the OS disk and utilized the utilities to repair the HD. It comes back that the disk is not repairable. I then restored with my time capsule after a very lengthly restore process. All was fine until I upgraded to 10.6.2, now same problem. I am now running off of my external HD (G Technology). What is the best way to wipe the iMac hard drive clean and then re-install system? Since it appears a problem of co-exsistants with parallels 4.0 and OS X 10.6.2 I will not install 10.6.2 again until a fix is made... Anyone else run into this problem? Don't want to upgrade to parallels 5.0 or maybe I should switch to VM fusion.
