Mac Parallels application returns incorrect email/password

    The Parallels application on my Mac that logs in when I first boot will not log in and asks for credentials. I try to enter the information in but log in fails returning that I have entered either an incorrect email or password. These are the same passwords and emails I am using for my account to log into the website. When I try to reset, I get the email, and reset the password, but the problem persists. This is under a legacy license. any ideas?
