Mac Pro 2006 with Windows 7?

    I am finding conflicting information online and I'd like to clarify, if anybody knows:
    I bought Parallels 7 to run creative apps and games on my old Mac, which is running Lion. This is a 2006 Mac Pro Xeon.
    What is the latest Windows OS I can run? I am hoping for at least Windows 7 if not better.

    Then it's safe to say that Windows 7 is the latest Windows version you can use.
