machine move and upgrade

    I have Parallels 5 and I'm about to purchase a new mac - whats the best way to migrate the parallels license and upgrade to version 6.0 (I'll resinstall the VMs/images).

    If I install 6 on the new computer (without 5.0) will my 'upgrade' key work?
