    Hi

As in the title, since updating to macOS 13.6.3-13.6.4, my copy of Parallels 17 with it's latest updates, is no more able to boot past the bootloader/bios screen and get's stuck forever. When attempting to create a new VM, it gets stuck at the boot screen (live CD/install OS) for various Linux distros.

    Thanks in advance.

Why does Parallels 19 work just fine, while Parallels 17 got crippled after the recent updates to macOS+Parallels?

The same goes for my previous Ubuntu Linux 22.04 that have worked flawlessly until the recent updates to Parallels 17. I demand an explanation, and if not solved with version 17 of Parallels, then a free upgrade to Parallels 19. This is clearly "planned obsolesce", and what previously broke of Linux VM's Ubuntu (22.04 + 24.04), Fedora (38 + 39), is now working just fine with 19.

Previously I have had paid for Parallels 12 and Parallels 17, and at this point, I kindly ask for you to provide either a solution to Parallels 17 or a free upgrade to Parallels 19. Thanks.

@Trishna Oobeyram Anything?? I only have 5 days left of my Parallels 19 trial, and really don't want for it to stop working just because an update of yours broke my previous installation rendering the bought license useless.

@Trishna Oobeyram ?? My trial is about to expire and you still haven't found a solution. Neither the license that I have earlier purchased is working nor do I want to pay out of the blue for 19 just because the 17 broke by an update.

    Kindly find a solution quick.
