The menu bar menus (Apple, app, file,..., Help) in my macOS 13 are not visible, but the menu bar "items" (date & time, control panelWiFI, etc.) are visible. But, if I click (or drag my mouse along the menu bar) where I think a menu should be, the menus pops down and are visible (while the menu title itself is still invisible). This issue does not appear on my macOS 14 virtual machine.

I am running Parallels Pro Desktop 19 for Mac (v19.3.0) on a 2022 Mac Studio with an Apple M1 Max chip (running macOS 14.3.1).

This behavior started when I first installed macOS 13 on Parallels Pro Desktop 18. While under Parallels 18, for a short time the menus did show up under dark mode, but not under light mode. But after some upgrade, it no longer shows up under either mode. Attached are some screen shots of my menu bar in macOS 13.

So, the functionality is still there. It is just a bit unsettling to have to drag my mouse across t he menu bar to find the menu I want. Any ideas?
