MacOS -> Parallels Win11 -> Steam -> Virtual Machine ERROR

Hey there!
I am trying to run a windows-based game through Steam on my 2017 intel MacBook pro on parallels. (VenturaOS)
The game I am trying to run is Dead by Daylight
However it takes me into an error saying 'Sorry, this application cannot run under a virtual machine' - I have been everywhere for a solution; so far I have changed the SystemBiosVersion's values (through Registry Editor), ran Steam through Administrator to fix its resolution and whatever I've seen onto YT videos and have tried to disable and uninstall hyper-v but I cannot even find it amongst all the apps.

Could I please get some clarity
