Make Entourage Default Mail App

Hello,

I have a Macbook Pro running Parallels 5 and recently installed Windows 7. Everything is working fine except i'd like to be able to use my Entourage as my default mail app. I have the Entourage shortcut on my Win7 desktop and that works fine, but when I'm using a Win7 app like Track-it and I want to send email from within Track-it it will not recognize Entourage and asks me to configure a default application.

Can this be done with Parallels 5 or do I need to install Outlook?
