Making windows available to other accounts

When installing Windows under Parallels, I did not check the box for other accounts to use my virtual machine. How can I change this?

I have tried cloning the virtual machine and installing it in the shared folder, but it creates a pvm file that is not shared, not am I allowed to change it to share with other users.
