When using windows 8, you need to use the screen corners for different tasks like entering into the metros menu or for switching between applications.

The problem is that when I go to the corners some times mac Os X takes the control of my mouse and keyword, this causes that the mac ox X menu appears or other issues, which is very annoying.

I want to manually switch the mouse and keyboard control (by pressing Ctrl + Alt, like in linux systems).

I do not find the option into the virtual machine configuration menu.

I am using Windows 8 and Parallels desktop for mac 9 and a Mac OS X 10.9

    Thanks.

Mouse options are here: VM Configuration > Hardware > Mouse & Keyboard. To lock mouse in Windows set SmartMouse to Optimize for games.
Parallels Desktop 8/9 have a special tweak for Windows 8 for the exact purpose you describe: Mouse pointer sticks at window edges. This option is only available if guest OS type is set correctly.
BTW, Linux guests captures mouse pointer only if you chose *not* to install Parallels Tools.

I used these options but the dock menu still appears when I put the mouse at the bottom of the screen and the same for the top menu ...
