OK so I'm stuck in a situation where I cannot launch parallels any longer (I have just started a separate thread for that). As a potential solution, I'd like to uninstall Parallels and start over. But of course, the Uninstaller program HANGS. I've left it running overnight and it's just hung. Since this is using an installer (I'm on a Mac) I know it's doing more than just copying executable files to my machine like the simple drag-n-drop mac installation apps, so I don't want to just start deleting files. Does anyone know (I'm googled this 10x now in different forms and can find no solid answers for a recent version of parallels) how to manually remove Parallels COMPLETELY? I can't even tell for certain which version I'm on, but my issues started happpening after it auto-upgraded itself last week. Thanks in advance. Dan
To remove programs on my Mac I always use the program AppCleaner. That gets rid of pretty much everything that is referenced by the program. http://freemacsoft.net/AppCleaner/
