I mentioned this in a previous post, but I have an issue where maximized apps are going off screen. I think I found the condition where it happens. I normally have two monitors, 1x4k (3840x2160) dell monitor and 1x 1920x1200 dell monitor. this seems to work pretty well. however, I have a cintiq 13hd which is mirrored with the 4k monitor and somewhere down the line the aspect ratio gets screwed up for maximized apps. on my 1920x1200 monitor, it no longer respects the dock when maximized. on my 4k, the entire app is shifted up by about 100 pixels and the toolbar goes off the top of the screen.
