MBP Intel to MBP M4 soon, so upgrade of windows OS need and how to?

Hello, I receive a new laptop macbookpro M4 in 2 weeks to replace my old macbookpro intel late 2019. I'm in order of license.So I've a windows 10 VM that work fine and is complete. is there a possibility that's gonna work on my new M4? certainly not because I need to pass trough Windows 11 I think. does the parallels migration do that? so boot the VM in Windows10 and automatically ask to upgrade to windows11?
