    Hi,

    gps Location activitaed in the Settings on the device, but the tracking doesn`t work?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Please also enable network based location tracking. Note that GPS locations do not always resolve when indoors as the device will not be in direct line of site with the satellite.

    Network based location updates will resolve correctly even if indoors, however GPS is more accurate outdoors.

    Also please note that if the device does not travel beyond the distance specified in the policy from Devices > select device > Policy > 'Update location if device moves by more than' value, then the location will not update.
