Microsoft Dynamics Navision - pdf generator doesn't work

I work in an office where it's 100% Windows/Intel based computer set-up, except me.
I have a MacBook Pro with an M1 processor, running Windows through Parallels.
We run an old version of Microsoft Dynamics Navision (Navision 4.XX), (Dynamics NAV 5.XX).
When we create offers and invoices in NAV, the Intel based Windows users can press the email icon, and the Navision system generates a pdf of the documents and send en email with these to one-self.
But this feature doesn't work for me.
It's the only thing that doesn't work in my Windows version.
Any suggestions of how to fix this problem.
