Microsoft Teams "BLACK SCREEN"

    Hello,
    We are experiencing an issue with Parallels and the use of Microsoft Teams.
    Users use Microsoft Teams locally on the PC, and share local applications without problem during meetings in Teams. However, if the user shares an application published from his RAS connection in Teams, it presents a black screen. And this regardless of the application published from Parallels RAS. How to fix this? If we share the screen of an RDS connection it works, no black screen.

    Hi,
    Thank you for reporting this. Currently, this is as expected, and we are investigating options to fix it. In the meantime, the workaround would be to enable RemoteApp usage on the host pool, which does offer sharing published applications as Windows in a Microsoft Teams session.
