Hello, I'm using Parallels Desktop (Version 11.1.3 (32521)) with a Windows 10 Education License running with 3080Mb RAM and 684Mb GPU RAM which should be enough for the simple tasks, such as word processing. However, when I start up my Office 365 version of Word, it works great for up to 5 minutes and then the program freezes (the windows machine still functions fine) and says "not responding" and I have to reset it, then it works for another 5 minutes and so on an so forth. The freezes seem to not have a correlation to any specific task that i'm performing and I've tried turning off Travel Mode and restarting both my virtual Windows machine and the OSX and the problem persists. I did not manage to find a similar issue in a previous thread so I opted to open a new one, I hope that's ok. Thanks in advance, Yair.

You really should go to the Office 365 help forum. There you can find much better help on all of the 365 programs. Mainly because this is a brand new application of Microsoft's and the help forum there is specifically targeted for all of the issues pertaining to this program. Hi YairM, Did you find a solution? I am running Office 365 on Win 7, Para 10 and Word has been crashing for the best part of a year when I open a second document. Am currently working through escalation protocols with Microsoft. Regards, Ruairi
