Migrate parallels to new Hard Drive??

Hi, I have upgraded my macbook with a new 500 Gb HD. I had a 10 Gb NTFS partition in my old HD with all the data for windows xp which I used with a parallels virtual machine. How can I get Parallels working in the new hard drive? I cannot find a way to migrate it to my upgraded computer

I tried cloning the HD using winclone but it doesn't work.

I assume this was a Boot Camp partition, in that case the main question is how to move a boot camp partition from one hard disk to another. You can check the following two guides:
