Migrate W7 PC to Parallels, then split into multiple Virtual Disks?

My Windows7 PC has a single partition c:\ weighing in at 150Gb. As I migrate it to my Mac/Parallels I want to be able to use SSD but not fill it up - my mac has 1Tb drive and I am adding a secondary SSD.

My question is, can I migrate the image into Parallels as normal on my 1Tb drive, then somehow split it into two virtual disks - apps+OS Vs data file - and move one onto my SSD? Is it as simple as add a second virtual disk after the migration is successful, and then move the files around within Windows like I would on a regular Windows PC?

Side question: if I split my existing installation into two partitions first, does Parallels let me migrate a multi-partition installation easily? I wondered if setting things up in W7 natively would make more sense, then just migrate that to Parallels and put one of the virtual disks on the SSD?
