Migrating Mac 2 Mac W/Parallels & Windows?

    i did a search and im coming up with nothing :/

    im trying to migrate my imac to my new macbook pro.

    is there a way that i can migrate parallels with Windows as well?

    if so how?

    right now im running parallels 3.0 W/Windows XP.

    any help is appreciated.
