Migrating My Windows Vista to Parellels for MAC desktop

    What is the best way that I can migrate all the software, etc. on my Windows Visa machine to Parallels for Mac? I would really like to use the MAC for everything but I also require Window appplications so I felt that Parallels for Mac would be the best solution. Please assist.
