Migrating Windows XP from dead computer's HD to Parallels

    I have an old Windows XP laptop that I am needing to migrate the OS from but the laptop is dead. I have pulled the hard drive and have a USB adapter that is now plugged into my Mac. How can I get this drive running as a VM on my Mac?
