    1. Above setup had Boot Camp running with no problems since BC Beta became available.
    2. Downloaded Fusion Trial and installed, migrated BC to Fusion . Successful but very slow. By default, Fusion named its VM Boot Camp but it WAS a Fusion VM and not a Boot Camp partition. Once Fusion worked reasonably well I deleted the BC partition as I had hardly any space left on the drive.
    3. Dowloaded Parallels Trial. Deleted Fusion Tools, Migrated Fusion VM to Parallels, downloaded Fusion Tools etc.
    4. DISASTER. The only apps imported are Firefox,Thunderbird,QT Player, and Safari. Missing are Elements 8, Qimage , and several other photo associated programs. Avasti, Bonjour and numerous other apps also missing.
    5. The Fusion icon is still in the menu bar and if I click it up comes Fusion (within Parallels) and all the apps are there and Ive tested the most important of them and they seem to run fine (but so slow).

The reason Ive gone through this whole mess is I want to run Elements in XP but keep the library in the Mac. Could not do it in Boot Camp because wasted too much space also fed up rebooting all the time.

I would really appreciate someone telling me what I have done wrong and if it can be fixed. Apologies for the length of this post but no point in leaving out any steps I took.

    Thanks in advance
