Migration Stalls at 96%

I'm migrating a Windows Vista machine to the Mac. The first time it worked. It migrated the Vista HD (320 GB) to my Mac HD. So now I have no room on my Mac HD. I bought a 3 TB drive for backing up and migrating the VM to it. I tried migrating the Vista Machine again, this time to the 1 TB drive and it keeps stalling at 96% saying there is an error. I ran Chkdsk on the Vista drive and everything seems OK.

Any ideas?
