Migration to larger HD

I'm running OSX.6.7 with a Bootcamp partition and Parallels 6 running XP. All backed up through Time Machine.

I'm getting the ol' running out of disc space message on the Parallels partition and need to move everything over to a new, larger drive.

I've done this before with SuperDuper and Winclone (no longer supported I'm told), but not with the Parallels installed and I don't wont to screw anything up.

Any tips on how best to do this give my backup procedure and partitions?
