Minimize to application

I've installed Windows 7 on Parallels for MAC and was wondering if there is a setting "Minimize to Application" (as there is on the mac dock).

When running crystal mode or coherence mode, it minimizes the applications to the right hand side of the dock (beside the trash can) by default. Is there a way I can change that to minimizing into the application instead?
