Missing Support Options

    As of today my support options have shank to Facebook, Twitter, Community Support and Telegram Bot. Previously I was able to get email based support on RAS Console. I work in an enterprise with other engineers and we are licensed for the product. Previously, support has requested that I provide the license key for RAS which I have. Today I tried adding the key to my account, but that returned an "The key you entered is not valid." response. And, so I am here wondering how I can get this addressed.
