Ok, so I have the phone (well, the girlfriend does and she is 500 miles away) with a USB cable connection. I have the Motorola Phone tools installed in Parallels. When connecting the phone Parallels won't see it. The Mac won't see it either, but that isn't anything new. How do I get Parallels to see the phone so that the phone tools can be used? She wants to put some ringtones on her phone and is getting quite angry because I am not there to get it all up and running for her. Any help appreciated.
Maybe you should suspect your Razor. Mine has been syncing with my Mac for the last year and a half since I've had it. I have been using a mini USB cable by the way, everytime to sync it.
