I just purchased the Parallels for Mac online. During my download I received a "Mounting Failed" error. I tried several times to download, now that I have attempted 3 times, Digital River is now no longer allowing me to download. So now I have two issues to resolve. This is BS. Not a happy camper.

Can anyone provide suggestions why the error occured and now how am I going to be able to download my software that I purchased. I have a new MACBook 1.83 Ghz Intel Core Duo with 512MB 667 Mhz DDRR2 SDRAM.

    Thanks

Go to the top of THIS page. Hover your mouse over "Download" and select "Parallels Desktop for Mac". Download the dmg and install. You don't have to use Digital River for anything but getting a key.

And to answer the question you will eventually ask, no, 512 meg isn't enough. Get 2 gig. You won't be happy until you do.
