    Hi all,

I'm in love with the parallels product :)
As I have also the parallels access license, I would like to access my MacBook Pro remote using the browser. Everything works fine, I can log in and do some actions, but I'm having problems with the keyboard input and the mouse accuracy. As I'm using the browser, my mouse pointer don't work as it should be. When I want to point my mouse to an item, the actual position of my mouse is more to the right, so I cannot click in a good way on the items I want to.
Is there someone else who also have this problem, and is there a fix for this? I'm using the most recent version of Internet Explorer and also tested this in Chrome (latest version).
As on my windows pc (I use to start parallels access) my keyboard is azerty, and on my MacBook, the keyboard is Azerty too, I always type in querty when using parallels access. My browser language is also Dutch(Belgium) which should be azerty.

    Any help is welcome!

    Thanks

After spending at least 1hr, I figured out the problem here. In the parallels access web browser, there are 5 tools on the right. After clicking the second tool (below the first full screen tool) away from the default setting, the mouse in my Mac and PC are synchronizing again.

Try reinstalling Parallels Access on your remote computer(s):
    1. Uninstall Parallels Access: http://kb.parallels.com/en/117142
    2. Login to https://account.parallels.com/ with your Parallels account credentials.
    3. Install Parallels Access: http://kb.parallels.com/en/116770
If you still experience an issue after Parallels Access reinstallation, please generate a Problem Report ID following the instructions in this article:http://kb.parallels.com/en/116783 and reply with the report ID.
