I have a bootcamp partition which works fine in everything except Coherence mode, when the mousebuttons stop working. Windows can't be moved or resized and yet the cursor changes as it moves over different hotspots in IE8 or Firefox - hence the cursor is definitely in Windows, but mouseclicks do nothing at all. This holds true for laptop trackpad buttons and for wired mouse, bluetooth mouse, etc. I've reported this as a problem (id#7594528)
