I have an issue that I am fairly certain is being caused by Parallels. I'm running Parallels 9.0.24237 with a Windows 7 VM on my 13" Macbook Air Mid 2012 running 10.9.4. Periodically, and seemingly randomly, while working within Parallels, the image of my mouse cursor arrow will get stuck with the Windows default arrow image, even when I'm moving and clicking around in the Mac OSX environment. What's more, the mouse cursor has some blank lines drawn through it. I cannot get the cursor to change back to the default Mac OSX arrow, even when I'm clicking around on the Mac side. Restarting the VM does not clear up the issue either. If I shut down the VM, and close Parallels, it does not clear up the issue. The only way to restore the original mouse cursor image is to restart the whole computer. Within Windows, I've tried: changing the mouse cursor image, adding a mouse cursor trail, changing the Windows theme, changing the screen resolution, all of which results in the mouse cursor image not changing. Within Mac, I tried to modify the size of the cursor in the accessibility preferences, and again, no change. Not really sure what could be causing this or how to get rid of it. I've attached images of the defective mouse cursor arrow image to show what I'm experiencing. Thanks!
