Mouse Issues Version 8

    When connecting a USB Microphone (Philips SpeechMike Pro LFH3200/00) to the VM the smart mouse feature stops working correctly. Need to press the cntl-opt combo to get out. This only occurs when connecting the device to the VM. No other USB devices are causing problems. I've uninstalled and re-installed the parallel tools and no change. Probably a bug, was not ocurring prior to upgrading to version 8.

    This mike has a trackball, so PD8 automatically switches mouse mode to allow trackball to control the pointer.

    I am not using the trackball. How can I make this work as before.

    I'm sorry, there's currently no way to disable USB mouse/trackball autodetection. I've forwarded your case to appropriate person for consideration.
