Hi Team, Computer: MBA M1, 16GB, 512GB Windows Version: Windows 10 ARM Build 20231, latest updates CPU: 2 Core Ram: 4GB In Win 10, the trackpad and external bluetooth mouse speed and accuracy is perfect. When in steam games (I've only tried CS: Source) the mouse with default settings is extremely slow despite Windows cursor speed being fast. The cursor speed is still very slow after maxing out Windows and the game's mouse sensitivity and acceleration settings. Using the console, changing sensitivity from the default ~1.2 to 45-60 gives a standard cursor speed. This issue is specifically when moving the mouse/trackpad in small or fine movements like when aiming. The cursor is totally unresponsive until you've moved the mouse about an inch and then jumps, but if you move the trackpad/mouse quickly, the game is very responsive. Fine movements are very granular and seems to be an acceleration issue as there isn't apparent lag with quick movements. The issue didn't seem to be apparent when using a USB gaming controller. I've tried turning on/off: game mouse mode, cursor precision mode, raw input, acceleration. Clean reinstall of parallels, windows 10 and steam. In-game console I've tried changing these commands: Sensitivity 40-60, m_customaccel, m_rawinput, m_mousespeed, m_mouseaccel Nothing seems to change the unresponsiveness with slower/finer movements. Thanks!
Changing the Parallels graphics setting from "best for retina display" to "scaled" helped about 80%, but the issue is still making the game unplayable.
Hi, if the issue still there could you check the same behavior with the latest Parallels Desktop build 16.1.3 and share any results with us please?
