Hi, On my old setup (High Sierra / Win 10 / Macbook air / previous version of parallels) I would frequently find the mouse became unusable in windows after resuming a VM. When clicking in the VM (full screen), the cursor would change to the windows cursor but clicking had no effect on anything in Windows. Also Windows wouldn't respond to sending the ctrl+alt+del command. I always found that suspending the VM then resuming it would fix the issue. Now with my new setup (Mojave / Win 10 / Macbook pro / same windows VM / latest version of parallels), I'm finding the same issue occurs but now when I suspend / Resume the VM, I get the black screen and am forced to reset the VM. I have tried: - Updating Windows - Updating Parallels tools in windows - Giving the VM more memory (8GB, nothing like enough running to use that much) - Option + Command + Esc Nothing seems to work. All I can do is reset the VM.
Hi @JonathanM14 , please try to perform sfc scan on Windows virtual machine, reboot it and check if that helps.
