    Hi there,
I've recently installed Parallels from a trial version (which was working fine), but now with the purchased version the whole thing is gone a bit weird.
As I start the virtual machine I no longer see the Windows 10 start up & it goes straight to an application in Windows that I had originally opened and as soon as I click on any part of the screen the pointer disappear & at the point there is nothing that can be done apart from going back to Mac desktop and then back to Windows but the same thing happen again.

I would really appreciate any advise please.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    G

Hi @GiuseppeL2, please resume the virtual machine and shut Windows down properly (as opposed to simply suspending it). Then, open the virtual machine configuration window, navigate to Hardware -> Mouse & Keyboard and remove the checkmark from both 'Smooth scrolling' and 'Mouse pointer sticks at window edges'. Also, select 'Don't optimize for games' for 'Mouse'. And then, navigate to Boot Order -> Advanced Settings and type devices.usb.mouse=0 in the text field under 'Boot flags'. Close the virtual machine configuration window and then check for the issue.

thank you so much but some how Im not able to completely shut down the virtual machine, i did to navigate to Hardware -> Mouse & Keyboard and remove the checkmark from both 'Smooth scrolling' and 'Mouse pointer sticks at window edges' and also 'Don't optimize for games' for 'Mouse'.
But I can't navigate to Boot Order -> Advanced Settings and type devices.usb.mouse=0 in the text field under 'Boot flags' as Virtual Machine won't shut down.
