Mouse pointer style does not reflect on windows 11 arm VM (24H2)

Does anyone knows how to enable to reflect mouse pointer style on windows 11 arm VM (24H2) ?
Environment:
Parallels Desktop 20.1.2 on Mac Studio. (Localization : JP)
Windows 11 24H2 Arm (Localization : JP)
Symptom (Steps repro):
1. Open Settings -> Accessibility -> Mouse point and touch.
2. Change mouse pointer style to "inverted".
3. This does not reflect. (NG)
4. Change the mouse size to 5.
5. This does reflect. (OK)
But I would like to use the mouse pointer as smallest size.
Any solutions?
