I connect from my home machine to my work machine via VPN, then I use Remote Desktop to log into my work machine and get my Windows 2003 Server desktop. From there I launch Parallels and start Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4. When I move my mouse, it jumps all over the place on the screen but never where I want it to go. I read that Microsoft came out with a solution for their Virtual PC called Virtual Machine Additions. There's a mouse movement fix in there that converts relative positions to absolute. Is there any type of fix or add-on for Parallels to fix my mouse movement problem?

    Hello Rroy,

    Please install Parallels Tools:

In Parallels Desktop menu bar click Actions -> Install Parallels Tools.
You will see Parallels Tools disk mounted on the desktop and the autorun window will open (just close it).

Open Terminal and run the following commands:

    cd ..
    cd ..
    cd media
    cd cdrom0
    sudo sh parallels-tools.run

    Best regards,
    Xenos

I am having this issue when I run SWG through parallels on my mac. It happens when I click my mouse (left button) to shoot, then hit alt to free mouse to click other commands and whatnot, then hit alt again. The mouse sensitivity goes through the roof and makes it very hard to play.
