Mouse stopped working after upgrade to PD 10.

    I have been running Windows 7x64 Ultimate from Bootcamp using PD 8 and 9 virtual machines on OSX 10.8.5 host for over two years without major bugs.
    Today I upgraded to PD 10 (10.0.2-27712) from PD 9 (9.0.24251.1052177). After installation of Parallel Tools mouse moved jerkily and only in the center, disappearing when I moved it to the sides of the screen- I cannot click Start button or anything else on Windows taskbar.

    Two support specialists spent around 1.5 hours in remote session and failed to assist. Re-creation of the virtual machine from Bootcamp did not help.
    Rollback to PD 9 did not resolve the issue.
    Now they transferred the support ticket to the next level of support and for 4 hours already I have now response from them.
    I am stuck with urgent tasks (working on multiple monitors using MS Office extensively) not knowing when Parallels will have time to attend to my issue and if they will be able to help.
    Launching Windows directly from Bootcamp may require re-activation of MS Office.

    Anybody solved similar issues?
    Or is there any online support in Parallels that can help?
