This was all working fine until I installed an external (microsoft) mouse to my laptop in order to do some excel spreadsheet work that is impossible with the limited laptop keyboard. All of a sudden, my mouse and keyboard refused to move seamlessly between windows and mac and coherence stopped working. It keeps telling me to reinstall paralells tools (which I have, about 3 times now) but this does not work. I have tried to uninstall the microsoft mouse but there appears to be no way to do this. Can anyone help? I only need the external keyboard occassionally, the rest of the time I'd like the machine to work properly!
